Brand Activation at Work






Zephyr Real Estate is a San Francisco staple in the residential real estate market. They were successful, however, their brand hadn’t kept pace with the changing demographics of their audience. What to do? HDSF conducted a brand audit with the executive team, followed by a Brand Positioning Workshop. The question was how to develop a luxury division. The answer? Don’t do it. Instead, we elevated the entire Zephyr brand, with a redesign of all of their print and online communications.

One of the most important elements of the website and advertising campaign was the focus on authenticity. We held a casting call of 100 “real people” and selected six of the candidates to be the focus of the new brand. The resulting campaign was presented to 250 agents and the reaction was no less than ecstatic. Zephyr moved from being simply Reliable to entirely Relevant within a matter of months.
