It was critical that the marketing for this project be handled with respect for all that preceded it. Paying homage to Potrero Hill's history, our approach to this mixed-use development included a documentary-inspired video, featuring commentary from neighborhood residents and business owners. The approach was successful from a public relations and community perspective, providing an emotional link to the project and the overall community.
