Putting a spin on the traditional approach, we developed a retail brand experience for this residential real estate project. From the storefront facade, to the sales center displays, shopping bags and branded collateral, all of the marketing components were designed to heighten the consumer experience. Contrasting dramatically with the lifestyle familiar to most empty-nesters, the approach provided a window into downtown living and a new twist on real estate marketing.
