This sustainable commercial project raised the bar for the San Francisco office market in terms of architecture, green features and the overall marketing approach. We utilized virtual reality to envision the future San Francisco skyline and positioned Foundry Square as an icon in the heart of the future Transbay Terminal district. The award-winning website design and brochure created a buzz in the leasing community and has been recognized for excellence in numerous competitions.
